Mineables main support is done through our Discord App – a liveley community of both The Main Mineable & Mineiac Core Team along with many seasoned users where there is generally someone on at most hours globally to assist where possible.
We offer some limited support and feedback via the Twitter X Network and shortly other Social Media platforms coming in due course.
As a gerneral rule all our support within our SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided by our team of experts at no cost.
We have worked hard to bring our users a vibrant and active user network second to none. Our Discord Channel has 40K plus subcribers and is definatley the best port of call to solve issues and also learn from other users.
In the future we plan to implement a fair optional support when a user is out of the normal SLA – and requires extra help – such as setting up Crypto Wallets, Computer Security and troubleshooting other issues not related to the app or services we provide. This is a proposed extra service that we are currently considering.
We realise that many users may not be on certain platforms or wish to be, therefore we are currently in the process of implementing more methods to help our users though our website. Please keep coming back for updated info!
